Syeda Fatima Batool holds LLM from the University of London in Law and Development as well as an MA in Political Science from the University of Punjab. She has two decades of experience in teaching various subjects including Human Rights of Children, Human Rights of Women, Youth Justice, Criminal Law, Labour Law, Comparative Personal Law, Islamic Jurisprudence, Administrative Law, Research Methodology, and Political Science at various law colleges, as well as universities. 

Apart from teaching, Mrs. Batool has conducted several dozens of training programs for lawyers and has been associated with institutions like the Punjab Commission on the Status of Women. She is also a member of the visiting faculty at the Pakistan Administrative Services Academy and the Civil Services Academy.
