Justice (R) Syed Shabbar Raza Rizvi is Lahore based lawyer and expert in constitutional matters. He has served as Advocate General Punjab and then as a judge of Lahore High Court. He is one those judges who took oath under Musharaf’s PCO of 2007 and then later removed from his office in 2009 through a judgement that initiated contempt of court proceedings against PCO Judges. Currently, he is practising as Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan.
